What You Can Request To Delete

You may request deletion of your NAVERA OLYMPIAD account and personal data, including account information, registration details, exam participation data, contact details, and communication preferences.

How To Submit A Deletion Request

• Email support@naveraolympiad.com from your registered email address where possible.
• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
• Include your registered name, mobile number, email address, and student ID or application ID if available.
• The NAVERA OLYMPIAD team will verify your identity and process the request according to applicable requirements.

Processing Time

After successful verification, deletion requests are generally processed within 7-15 business days. We may contact you if additional information is required to verify the account or locate related records.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained only where legally required or reasonably necessary, such as payment, tax, accounting, audit, security, dispute, fraud prevention, or legal compliance records. Such retained records will be limited to the required purpose and retention period.

Facebook And Meta Users

If you accessed NAVERA OLYMPIAD using Facebook or Meta services, you may request deletion of data associated with your Meta account by emailing us at support@naveraolympiad.com. Please include the email, mobile number, or account details used with NAVERA OLYMPIAD so our team can identify and process the related data.

Communication Preferences

You may also request removal or update of WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS, or in-app communication preferences linked to your NAVERA OLYMPIAD account, subject to any communications required for legal, payment, security, or service-record purposes.
