WhatsApp And Email Communication

By registering on Navera AI or submitting a phone number/email address, users consent to receive transactional and service-related communication through WhatsApp, email, SMS, phone call, or in-app notification. These messages may include registration numbers, OTPs, payment status, exam information, result notices, support updates, and account alerts. Promotional messages, if used, will follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Student Data Handling

• Student data is used only for academic participation, olympiad operations, results, support, reporting, and lawful administrative purposes.
• Student records may be visible to authorized school users, agents, block leaders, district/state/national officers, staff, admins, and super admins according to their assigned access level.
• We apply role-based access, authentication, audit logs, and operational controls to reduce unauthorized access.
• Parents, schools, or students may request correction of inaccurate student records through official support channels.

Data Sharing
