• Registration fees are generally non-refundable after a student successfully registers for an olympiad or receives access to exam-related services.
• A refund may be considered if duplicate payment is received for the same student and same olympiad, or if payment is debited but registration is not created due to a verified technical failure.
• If Navera AI cancels an olympiad and does not provide an alternate schedule or equivalent participation option, eligible users may receive a refund or adjustment.
• No refund is normally available for incorrect subject selection, absence from exam, failure to follow exam rules, disqualification, or change of mind after registration.

Refund Request Process

• Refund requests should be submitted through the official support channel with student name, registered phone/email, payment reference, amount, date, and reason.
• Requests should be raised within 7 days of the payment date unless a different timeline is announced for a specific program.
• The support team may ask for additional verification before approving or rejecting a refund request.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7 to 10 working days after verification. The final credit timeline may depend on the payment gateway, bank, wallet, card network, or UPI provider.

Mode Of Refund

Refunds, where approved, are usually processed to the original payment method. In some cases, Navera AI may offer fee adjustment or credit toward another eligible olympiad program.

Support Review

All refund decisions are subject to verification of platform records, payment gateway reports, registration status, exam access, and applicable program rules.
