Platform Usage

• Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep account details updated.
• Accounts are role-based. Users may access only the dashboards, records, and tools assigned to their role and territory.
• Users must not attempt unauthorized access, data scraping, reverse engineering, credential sharing, or any action that disrupts platform services.
• Navera AI may suspend or restrict access for misuse, false information, payment disputes, policy violations, or security concerns.

Exam And Olympiad Rules

• Olympiad eligibility, subject availability, fee, schedule, rules, and result process may vary by program.
• Students must follow all exam instructions, identity verification requirements, time limits, and conduct rules.
• Cheating, impersonation, sharing exam content, using unauthorized help, or manipulating results may lead to disqualification.
• Navera AI may update exam schedules, formats, subjects, centers, or delivery methods when required for operational reasons.

Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, OTPs, and account access.
• Parents, schools, agents, staff, and officers must use student data only for authorized academic and support purposes.
• Any suspected unauthorized access, incorrect record, or payment issue should be reported promptly through support channels.

Payments And Registration

• Olympiad registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• The standard olympiad fee is INR 200 plus 18% GST per selected subject, unless a published offer or scholarship applies.
• Students must review selected subjects before payment. Once payment is confirmed, registration number, subject selection, and payment record may be used for exam allocation.
• Payment gateway charges, failed transactions, duplicate payments, and refunds are handled as per the Refund Policy and payment gateway records.

Student Declaration During Payment

• By ticking the terms checkbox during payment, the student or parent confirms that the selected subject, class, contact details, and profile information are correct.
• The student agrees to follow exam rules, center instructions, identity verification, fair-use rules, and communication guidelines.
• The student understands that exam dates, centers, format, syllabus, rewards, and operational details may be updated when required and will be communicated through the portal, WhatsApp, email, or official notices.

Intellectual Property

All platform design, software, dashboards, workflows, exam content, reports, logos, text, graphics, certificates, and related material belong to Navera AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, resell, publish, or distribute platform content without written permission.

Limitation Of Service

Navera AI works to provide reliable platform access, but services may be affected by internet issues, payment gateway downtime, third-party APIs, maintenance, security updates, or events outside our control.
